Pre-Go Live Finalization

The final implementation phase encompasses comprehensive regulatory approvals, technical validations, and operational readiness assessments. Agent registration approval represents a critical Legal team responsibility spanning three to four months. The process begins with launch date notification to regulators, followed by formal agent registration procedures. Upon receiving successful registration confirmation from the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB), Project Management informs partners of completed BNB registration and coordinates launch date planning.

For Paynetics AD (PAD) operations specifically, BNB notification procedures managed by Legal teams require fifteen-day processing periods. Project Management confirms launch dates with partners while Legal teams notify BNB of planned launch dates and submit Terms and Conditions along with Tariff documentation. This triggers mandatory two-week notice periods during which BNB may provide regulatory comments before program launch authorization.

Paynetics UK operations require Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) notifications managed by PUK Chief Risk and Compliance Officers within three to five days. These notifications encompass comprehensive distributor business model overviews and assessments of whether critical or important functions will be outsourced to partners according to European Banking Authority outsourcing guidelines.

Production Validation and Final Checks

Production testing validation managed by Project Management spans three to four days, beginning with PROD credential distribution and test scenario declarations using standardized email templates. Project Management coordinates with Support teams for technical integration validation through partner-completed checklists, while Finance teams verify fee collection and setup configurations including required system account establishment as specified in the Scope of Work. CardOps teams provide pavement testing validation to ensure complete functionality.

Pre-Go Live checks and training procedures conducted by Project Management require seven to ten days for comprehensive completion. These encompass website footer implementation, specialized training sessions covering chargeback procedures and consumer duty requirements, plus full-cycle user onboarding reviews including end-to-end registration processes, Terms and Conditions availability, and website application consistency assessments.

Compliance verification includes KYC and Underwriting team reviews of all end-clients onboarded in production environments for testing purposes, AML monitoring rule configuration in NOTO systems, and Underwriting team coordination of card scheme registrations. Final preparation activities include partner satisfaction surveys, project folder and Confluence page updates, comprehensive PM-AM handover procedures involving Marketing team members, and formal Go Live letter issuance.

This comprehensive process ensures thorough evaluation, risk assessment, and proper integration of new partners while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational efficiency across all Paynetics departments, culminating in successful partner program launches with full regulatory approval and technical readiness.
