Transfer Types
Paynetics supports three primary transfer types.
Internal Transfers
Internal transfers move funds between accounts within the Paynetics platform.
Supported currencies: EUR, GBP, USD
Executed in real time
Can be initiated using Balance Token, IBAN, or Account number (where available)
Internal transfers are used for funding, settlement, and internal reconciliation flows.
Inbound Transfers
Inbound transfers credit a Paynetics account from an external financial institution.
Supported currencies and rails:
EUR: SEPA and SEPA Instant
GBP: Faster Payments and CHAPS
USD: SWIFT
BGN: BISERA
Inbound transfers can be received in two ways:
directly to a balance with a dedicated IBAN or account number,
via a Paynetics bulk IBAN or account number, using the balance token as a reference to route funds correctly.
* Dedicated IBANs are not supported for consumer USD balances. Business USD accounts can receive inbound SWIFT transfers but cannot send them.
Outbound Transfers
Outbound transfers send funds from a Paynetics account to an external beneficiary.
Supported currencies: EUR, GBP, BGN
Outbound transfers require a balance with a dedicated IBAN or account number
Transfers can only be sent in the currency of the balance
Outbound transfers are subject to scheme-specific execution times and cut-off rules and are not always processed in real time.
